Financial Support
Njeri Education Foundation
The Njeri education foundation is located in Virginia, USA and is organized exclusively for charitable, scientific, literary, or educational purposes per Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
The specific objectives and purposes of Njeri Education Foundation shall be for the advancement of free world-class education opportunities for children in Africa and emphasis on the country of Kenya.
The organization also helps empower the youth through enrichment services in under-served communities.
Children offered the scholarship will be educated all the way to the university or college. The initial scholarship will be offered under the following conditions:
- All applicants must be ready to join Sanfields Academy Campus at Kiburu
- The applicant must be academically promising, and in the top five percentile.
- In addition to the above conditions they must meet one or a combined of the following conditions:
- Must be bona fide orphan or vulnerable child – children who have lost one or both parents and have no guardian or sponsor to provide for their education;
- Parents are physically or mentally disabled and are unable to educate their children;
- Children whose parents are living with HIV/AIDS or other chronic debilitating illness and are unable to educate their children;
- Children who have suffered neglect and/or abandonment; or
- Children with parents living under extreme poverty and are unable to educate their children.
